Please contact us to schedule a thirty minute intake appointment. Whether you choose to bring your child along or not, is up to you. Please bring your completed forms and copies to the appointment where you can expect a tour of our facility, a summary of our Client Handbook, an opportunity to go over any questions and completion of the Course Enrollment Form and payment arrangements. A $20 minimum deposit is required at registration unless an outside agency will be paying the tuition.
Returning Clients:
Clients may repeat courses several times until the curriculum is mastered or take the same course at a higher level. If you have been enrolled in the preceding session, we will make recommendations assuming that your child will continue. We attempt to keep the schedule as similar as possible to the previous session. We will contact you by phone with our suggestions and they are also posted online
(current session schedules). You also have the option of scheduling a thirty minute intake conference if you have any special concerns or considerations.
We need you to complete a course enrollment form including payment arrangements for each enrollment period. The form may be downloaded here
(DOWNLOADS) or you may obtain one from the office.
