Therapeutic recreation incorporates recreation activities and social skills therapy into one engaging and effective program. Children with autism learn and practice the socials skills necessary to enjoy outings with family and friends — as well as other typical social activities and situations at school and in the community.
Friday Sleepovers
One of our most exciting and popular activities for kids ages 8 and up! Once-a-month group sleepovers provide an awesome opportunity for kids to connect, hang out and socialize. Community outings are offered during select sleepovers. Bowling, BBQs and swimming are a few examples of past sleepover activities. Sleepovers provide guided and facilitated therapeutic education to improve self-management skills and promote responsibility.
Sign up early to guarantee your spot. Drop-off: Friday at 5:00 pm. Pick up: Saturday at 10:00 am. Hotel sleepovers times may vary. Minimum enrollment of three participants.
Friday Excellent Adventures

Adventurers will be prepared with social stores and receive feedback sheets for practicing the day’s social lesson at home and in the community.
Sign up by Wednesday the week of the scheduled outing. Minimum enrollment of three campers required. Drop-off: Friday at 10:00 a.m. Pick up: Friday at 4:00 pm.
